The Thrive approach to Team Building is an experiential approach that is customized into a set of four group sessions in which group of staff and leadership come together to evaluate performance as related to current processes used, defined how departments interact, streamline processes, and implement new processes.
Sessions one and four will be completed within the business environment with attention to current processes and interactions.
Sessions two and three will be completed in an off campus setting. IN the second setting team activity is a component for giving back to the community in which teams must work together to accomplish the service. The third session contains elements of surprise for team members to communicated pieces to answer issues.
