Leadership Coaching is customized coaching for C-level members of a business team. In the one on one coaching sessions, executives work with coaches to discern management styles, short term and long-term business goals, and develop an implementation plan with specific measurable results.

 

Business leaders, as part of the Thrive approach, will also participate in Team Member sessions two and three as well as a series of sessions with department heads.

 

While the Leadership Coaching service is an integral part of the overall Thrive approach, it can be tailored for individual C-Level leaders.
